Role: Appian Business Analyst
Location: Chicago IL (Hybrid)

Job Description:
· 8+ years of P&C insurance business analysis experience
· 5+ years’ proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably with expertise in Appian BPM.
· 5+ years of Hands-on experience in designing and implementing Appian-based solutions.
· Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
· Expertise in using Azure DevOps
Technical Skills:
· Strong understanding of Appian platform features, including process modeling, SAIL interfaces, and integrations.
· Proficiency in creating process workflows, wireframes, and technical documentation.
· Knowledge of SQL, APIs, and other integration technologies is a plus.
