JOB Description
Responsibilities:
Work as a member of the Retail Systems team with functional and operational knowledge of the NCR Radiant and Verifone POS systems
Defines development, testing, and documentation of business requirements and deliverables on a project-by-project basis in collaboration with internal users and department
Plans, facilitates, and leads workgroups with internal and external stakeholders to gather, define, analyze and validate business, process, functional, and data requirements and business rules for selected systems
Partners with RS Engineers to create and update milestones for every project
Develops and maintains all project-related documents, including on-site and remote installation documents, QA charters, etc which represent current and future systems
Requirements:
Extensive knowledge of Retail Systems within a store environment
Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in this retail system or convenience stores
Must have an understanding of POS systems in a store environment
Strong communication and presentation skills
Hands-on experience developing test cases and test plans
Any experience working with convenience stores or gas stations would be beneficial
