Jos Description:
Letter Generation (OpenText and In-house solutions) Knowledgeable BA.
Excellent in surfacing, capturing and testing of requirements and changes from inception through production deployment.
Skills:
OpenText exstream
Expert in configuration of letters and generation of letters for outbound electronic communication.
Strong experience and willingness to accurately document throughout the full life cycle of the change, defect, and implementation project, including user story creation, test strategy, testing, test results.
Ability to present the change to leadership along with impact assessment.
Excellent written and oral communication skills in English (U.S.A.) MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint (required). ServiceNOW, Jira (desired), ALM (nice to have)
OpenText certified (Preferred)
