60 months of experience providing IT support in a Child Welfare environment. Child welfare is defined as child protective, foster care/permanency or preventive services.
60 months of experience working directly with users in a child welfare environment providing training or technical assistance either in a classroom or in a work environment. Experience includes writing documentation and/or desk aids to be used as reference to support users understanding of business operations and/or training delivered. Child welfare is defined as child protective, foster care/permanency or preventive services
60 months of working on a child welfare application of over 15,000 users starting with a needs assessment, moving to ongoing support and ending with follow up. Child welfare is defined as child protective, foster care/permanency or preventive services.
60 months of child welfare or related experience interpreting regulations governing practice and program outcomes. Child welfare is defined as child protective, foster care/permanency or preventive services.
