Collaborate with stakeholders, product managers, and engineering teams to elicit and document business and technical requirements.

Conduct workshops, interviews, and research to understand user needs and system capabilities.
3.
Write and maintain clear, concise, and comprehensive API documentation, integration guides, and technical specifications.
4.
Partner with developers to ensure documentation reflects current system behavior and supports external/internal consumers.
5.
Assist in defining product features and roadmap items based on business needs and technical feasibility.
6.
Participate in backlog grooming, sprint planning, and product demos.
7.
Translate requirements into well-defined user stories, acceptance criteria, and tasks in JIRA.
8.
Ensure stories are ready for development and aligned with sprint goals.
9.
Function as a liaison between business units and technical teams to ensure alignment and clarity.
10.
Provide regular updates and insights to stakeholders on progress, risks, and dependencies.
Qualifications:
1.
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or related field.
2.
5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a technical or product-centric environment.
3.
Familiarity with RESTful APIs, JSON, and technical architecture concepts.
4.
Experience with JIRA, Confluence, and other Agile tools.
5.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, especially in technical writing.
6.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills:
1.
Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
2.
Exposure to product lifecycle management and go-to-market strategies.
3.
Understanding of software development processes and SDLC.
4.
Basic knowledge of SQL or data analysis tools is a plus.
