Salesforce Business Analyst
Location: Miami, FL
Onsite: Yes – 5 days per week onsite
Duration: 12 months+

No H1B (kforce) ( Genuine Visa only )

 

Responsibilities:
β€’ Conduct in-depth business analysis to identify opportunities for process improvements and Salesforce enhancements.
β€’ Gather and document business requirements, creating detailed user stories and process flows.
β€’ Collaborate with stakeholders, including business leaders, developers, and project managers, to define and prioritize requirements.
β€’ Configure and customize Salesforce to meet business needs, including creating reports, dashboards, workflows, and custom objects.
β€’ Perform data analysis and data migration activities to ensure data integrity and accuracy within the Salesforce platform.
β€’ Develop and deliver training materials and support end-users to ensure effective utilization of Salesforce features.
β€’ Conduct system testing, create test cases, and coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure high-quality deliverables.
β€’ Stay current with Salesforce releases, features, and best practices to provide proactive recommendations for system improvements.
β€’ Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Salesforce and related applications.
β€’ Act as a liaison between the business and technical teams, ensuring alignment of project goals and objectives.

 

Qualifications:
β€’ Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
β€’ 3+ years of experience as a business analyst with a focus on Salesforce.
β€’ Strong understanding of Salesforce capabilities, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
β€’ Proficiency in creating detailed business requirements documents, user stories, and process flows.
β€’ Experience with Salesforce configuration, including reports, dashboards, workflows, and custom objects.
β€’ Familiarity with data migration, data management, and data integrity best practices.
β€’ Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
β€’ Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
β€’ Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management principles.
β€’ Salesforce Administrator certification is preferred; additional certifications (e.g., Salesforce Advanced Administrator, Salesforce Business Analyst) are a plus.
β€’ Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
