Role: Business Systems Analyst (Finance)

Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements for financial systems
Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications for development teams
Support system design, testing, implementation, and post-deployment validation
Conduct gap analysis and recommend process improvements or system enhancements
Facilitate meetings between business users, developers, QA, and project managers
Develop user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria
Participate in UAT planning and execution to ensure business expectations are met
Ideal Candidate:
Strong experience as a Business Systems Analyst
Background working with financial systems and applications
Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills
Experience working in cross-functional Agile environments
