Job Description
Should have 8-10 yrs of experience. Strong Business Analyst, should have worked as a Product Owner
SME level knowledge on Insurance domain. Good to have exposure in Agency and brokers segments
Good interpersonal and communications skills(written/verbal), Facilitation skills.
Understand overall vision of the product, work with Product Manager in deciding which features to be planned/prioritized and managing the entire development process
Sound knowledge on Visio, Microsoft Office (Word, PPT, and Excel), Lucid charts
Collaborating with stakeholders for requirement elicitation, preparing functional specifications, determining operational feasibility through analysis, problem definition, and proposing business solutions
Interacting with the business users to understand and anticipate their needs and translate them into product requirements
Strong skills to gather, define, clarify and refine requirements. Experience in, Gap analysis, functional & impact analysis, Change Management
Interacting with the Product Manager to plan, prioritize backlog items. Collaborate with engineering teams to schedule releases and co-ordinate Sprints
Experience in preparing Requirement documents (BRD, SRS etc ), Use cases, user stories and product backlog. Work closely with Business SME team to understand requirements & needs. Actively participate in technical requirements and design sessions. Communicate requirements with minimal direction and guidance. Acts as liaison between the Product Manager, Business SME and project implementation teams
Collaborate closely with developers to implement the requirements, provide necessary guidance to testers during QA process.
Coordinate with business stakeholders for User Acceptance testing & training”
