We are looking for an experienced Techno-Functional Analyst with strong expertise in Capital Markets, Microsoft Power Platform, RPA Automation, and SQL. The ideal candidate should have experience collaborating with business stakeholders and delivering scalable solutions that support trading, risk, and compliance operations.

• Techno-Functional Analysis & Stakeholder Collaboration

Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with Capital Markets stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements
• Design and develop Power Apps solutions and Power Automate workflows
• Write and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and database objects
• Integrate Power Platform solutions with trading platforms, market data feeds, and risk systems
• Perform data analysis to support business decision-making and regulatory reporting
• Ensure solutions meet financial services security, compliance, and performance standards
• Troubleshoot and optimize applications and database queries
• Document technical designs, workflows, and operational procedures
• Support UAT activities and production deployments

Experience Required: 8–10 years
