We are hiring a Technology Lead – Performance Testing / Performance Engineering.

Location: San Jose, CA 95112 (Onsite)
Duration: Contract
Rate: $50/hr

We are looking for an experienced Performance Testing / Engineering Lead with strong expertise in test strategy, execution, and quality engineering. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving performance validation, issue resolution, and product quality improvements.

Responsibilities:
• Build and execute test plans and performance testing strategies
• Handle end-to-end test execution and reporting
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to ensure product quality
• Drive issue investigation and root cause analysis to closure
• Utilize tools to measure system performance and quality metrics
• Analyze data and identify trends, anomalies, and improvements
• Work on multiple tasks and coordinate with stakeholders/vendors

Requirements:
• 5+ years of experience in Performance Testing / Engineering
• Strong understanding of Linux/Windows environments
• Good knowledge of data analysis (mean, variance, outliers, etc.)
• Ability to work hands-on with hardware/testing setups if required
• Willingness to learn new tools and technologies (EE tools, 3D printing, etc.)
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced onsite environment
