We are hiring a Technology Specialist – Java Full Stack.

We are looking for an experienced Technology Specialist / Full Stack Engineer with strong expertise in Java, Spring WebFlux, and ReactJS. The ideal candidate should also have experience leveraging AI development tools such as GitHub Copilot to accelerate development.
Key Skills:
• Java
• Spring WebFlux
• ReactJS
• AI-assisted Development (GitHub Copilot)
Nice to Have:
• Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
• RAG fundamentals (Embeddings, Chunking, Retrieval, Reranking)
• Prompt patterns and grounding techniques
Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain full stack applications using Java, Spring WebFlux, and ReactJS
• Utilize AI-powered development tools to enhance productivity and code quality
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design scalable and efficient solutions
• Implement best practices for application development, performance, and maintainability
Experience Required: 8–10 years
