Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Dynamics CRM Solution Architect (Techno-Functional) to lead enhancements and optimization of an enterprise D365 CE platform. The candidate will work closely with business and technical teams to deliver scalable CRM solutions and drive modernization initiatives using the Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead architecture and design for Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE implementations
• Guide functional and technical workstreams for platform enhancements and releases
• Design and document enterprise architecture, data models, and integration patterns
• Implement and optimize integrations between D365 CE and enterprise systems (ERP, PLM, CLM)
• Collaborate with DevOps teams to improve development, testing, and deployment processes
• Work with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Support adoption of Power Platform and Sales Copilot AI capabilities

Requirements:
• 15+ years of overall experience in enterprise CRM implementations
• 10+ years as a Dynamics 365 CE / Power Platform Solutions Architect
• Experience designing large-scale enterprise CRM solutions
• Strong knowledge of CRM customization, automation, and integrations
• Experience with Azure services such as Storage, API Management, and serverless computing
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Preferred Experience:
• Manufacturing or semiconductor industry experience
• Experience with mergers and acquisitions projects
• Experience working with global teams across multiple time zones
