Job Title: Workday Payroll Integration Consultant
Location: Canada (WFH)
Experience Required: 8–10 Years

 

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Workday Payroll Integration Consultant to manage functional requirements, testing, and ongoing support for payroll integrations between Workday HCM and ADP Global Payroll. The role focuses on ensuring accurate payroll data flow, system compliance, and seamless integration between HR and payroll systems.

Key Responsibilities

Manage functional requirements, testing, and support for payroll integrations between Workday and ADP Global Payroll.

Design, develop, and test payroll integrations from/to Workday.

Ensure accurate payroll data flow between HR and payroll systems.

Maintain compliance with global payroll regulations and standards.

Troubleshoot and resolve integration and payroll data issues.

Collaborate with HR, payroll, and IT teams to implement enhancements and system improvements.

Support UAT, system validation, and payroll testing cycles.

Provide ongoing functional and operational support for payroll integrations.

Preferred Skills

Designing, developing, and testing Workday payroll integrations

Strong understanding of HRIS and payroll system architecture

Experience supporting integration testing and payroll validation

Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills

Qualifications

8–10 years of total experience

8+ years in payroll operations and system integrations

Expertise in Workday HCM and ADP Global Payroll

Experience in Manufacturing industry is preferred3
