Location: Albuquerque, New Mexico (Onsite)

We are looking for an experienced Network & Security Engineer with strong expertise in network architecture, security, and enterprise infrastructure management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining complex network and security environments while ensuring high performance and reliability.

Key Skills:
• Routing Protocols (EIGRP, OSPF, BGP)
• Switching (Nexus – VPC, VDC, VXLAN, HSRP, STP, EtherChannel)
• Firewalls (Cisco FTD, Palo Alto, Panorama)
• VPN (IPsec, Site-to-Site, Remote Access)
• Load Balancers (F5, Citrix)
• Cisco ISE (AAA) & Monitoring Tools (SolarWinds)
• Linux & Network Security
• Network Automation / Scripting

Nice to Have:
• NSX & Azure Cloud Networking
• Gigamon Tools
• Security Protocols (RADIUS, TACACS+)

Responsibilities:
• Design, implement, and maintain network and security infrastructure
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex network and security issues
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for issue resolution and project delivery
• Ensure SLA compliance and proactive issue management
• Lead P1/P2 incident bridges and provide escalated support
• Support network architecture planning and future enhancements
• Manage installation, configuration, and maintenance of network devices
• Provide technical guidance and documentation

Requirements:
• 8+ years of experience in network and security engineering
• Strong hands-on experience with routing, switching, firewalls, and VPNs
• Certification: CCNP (Mandatory), CCIE (Preferred)
• Experience with enterprise network hardware (Cisco, Nexus, ASR)
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work onsite in Albuquerque, NM
