Job Title: Workday Functional Consultant
Location: Houston, TX (Hybrid)
Duration: 12 Months Contract
Job Summary:
We are looking for a Workday Functional Consultant to support the implementation and ongoing operations of a new Workday HRIS solution. The ideal candidate should have strong functional expertise in Workday and experience working with HR business processes, system configuration, testing, and user support.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support Workday HRIS implementation activities
• Configure and maintain Workday functional modules
• Work closely with HR and business stakeholders to gather requirements
• Assist with testing, troubleshooting, and system enhancements
• Provide post-implementation support and operational assistance
• Ensure smooth integration and user adoption of the Workday platform
Required Skills:
• Strong functional experience with Workday HRIS
• Experience in Workday implementation and support projects
• Good understanding of HR processes and workflows
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams
