About the Role:
We are looking for a Business Analyst to support the Office of the CISO in driving strategic, operational, and coordination activities across the cybersecurity organization. This role works closely with senior leadership to ensure effective execution of cybersecurity initiatives, governance, and communication processes.

Key Responsibilities:

* Coordinate leadership meetings, forums, and organization-wide engagements
* Support preparation of materials for Monthly and Quarterly Business Reviews
* Track action items, decisions, and dependencies across cybersecurity initiatives
* Maintain leadership documentation, artifacts, and reference materials
* Provide operational and calendar management support to the CISO and Deputy CISO
* Assist in planning cycles, onboarding activities, and governance processes
* Prepare presentations for town halls and leadership meetings
* Ensure effective coordination across leadership priorities and commitments

Required Skills:

* Strong experience in Business Analysis or Project Management
* Ability to manage multiple workstreams under tight deadlines
* Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills
* Experience with executive reporting and data compilation
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel)
* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
