Work Location: Monrovia, California

Work Timing: PST Hours(9.30 AM TO 5.30 PM PST)

 

Job Description:

Experienced IAM Engineer to support identity and access management operations for Product portal environment. The role will primarily focus on Microsoft Entra ID related support, including troubleshooting authentication issues, reviewing identity logs, managing user access, and collaborating with infrastructure and application teams to resolve incidents.

 

Required Skills

 •             Minimum 5+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM).

•             Hands-on experience with Microsoft Entra ID  administration and troubleshooting.

•             Strong understanding of:

o             Identity management

o             Authentication and access control

o             Identity troubleshooting and log analysis

•             Experience working with enterprise identity systems and access governance processes.

•             Ability to analyze issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.

•             Strong collaboration skills to work with infrastructure and operations teams.

•             Excellent problem-solving and analytical capabilities.

•             Experience with SSO, MFA, conditional access policies.

•             Familiarity with Microsoft security and identity ecosystem.

 

Duties to be performed

•             Investigate and resolve Microsoft Entra ID related authentication and access issues reported through the support team.

•             Analyze identity logs and authentication events to identify root causes of access failures.

•             Manage user identities and perform tasks such as removing or updating IDs in Entra when required.

•             Collaborate with the Client infrastructure team to troubleshoot complex identity and authentication problems.

•             Participate in training and knowledge transfer sessions with the client’s infrastructure and operations teams.

•             Provide guidance and technical support to the Support engineer team for IAM related incidents.

•             Proactively monitor and identify potential identity issues before they impact users.

•             Maintain proper documentation and update knowledge base/runbooks when new solutions are identified.

•             Escalate complex issues that require deeper investigation or requires client team involvement.

•             Ensure adherence to security policies, identity governance practices, and operational procedures.
