JOB DESCRIPTION:
Seeking a senior functional consultant with strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics CRM, specifically in B2B Lead and Opportunity Management. This role requires hands-on experience gathering business requirements, configuring CRM workflows, and supporting end-to-end sales processes within Dynamics 365.
KEY REQUIREMENTS:
7+ years of functional experience with MS Dynamics CRM
Proven experience with B2B Lead & Opportunity Management
Strong understanding of sales processes and CRM best practices
Ability to work closely with stakeholders to gather and document requirements
Excellent communication and client-facing skills
Onsite presence required in Dallas, TX or Atlanta, GA
