Job Descriptions:
Required: Strong Ariba experience and sourcing methodologies within the T&M/SOW Labor category, not looking for inventory or goods experience. HM looking for someone who has strong stakeholder management and supplier engagement. Looking for Excel skills (not advanced just basic formulas), leading projects with some PM experience presenting to stakeholders, creating PowerPoint presentations.

Summary of the overall responsibilities:
• Assists Category Strategy and Contract Management team members in sourcing event and project facilitation.
• Continually seeks to improve efficiency in overall sourcing process and supplier engagement throughout the sourcing process.
• Acts as subject matter expert for RFI, RFP and RFQ’s, including best practices for scoring methodology and supplier communication.
• Responsible for meeting project timeline agreed to at the project kick-off.,
• Assists Category Strategy and Contract Management team members with the Ariba CW creation and DocuSign routing of agreement documents.
• Responsible for accuracy of CW content, expiration reporting and follow up on DocuSign routing.
• For low spend and low risk agreements review contracts to verify that proposed terms meet requirements, identify non-compliance with company contractual standards, and provide appropriate risk mitigation and risk transfer solutions as appropriate.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and 3+ years related experience in procurement, in financial services or technology company.
• Extensive knowledge of procurement systems (Ariba) and sourcing methodologies.
• Ability to navigate multiple sourcing projects with competing timelines.
• Strong business process improvement capabilities.
• Excellent proactive communication skills and ability to deliver a compelling presentation.
