AWS Elasticsearch Engineer
Location: Maryland
Duration: Long term
Responsibilities:
● Administer and configure AWS OpenSearch to meet business requirements, including
managing clusters, indices, and data ingestion pipelines.
● Design, develop, and maintain search and analytics solutions using AWS OpenSearch,
Elasticsearch, and Kibana.
● Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment with business
goals, providing expertise on search and analytics best practices.
● Optimize performance and security of AWS OpenSearch environment, including query
optimization, index management, and security configurations.
Qualifications:
● At least 5 years of experience in administering open source tools such as ElasicSearch,MongoDB and OpenSearch
● Proven experience as an AWS OpenSearch Administrator or similar role
● In-depth knowledge of search and analytics best practices
● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
● Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively convey complex technical
concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
