Looking for a certified AWS developer with experience in AI tools like Bedrock and Sagemaker. AWS contact center.
Key Responsibilities:
AWS Certified AI Practitioner
Leverage your expertise in artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning (ML), and generative AI concepts to identify and implement innovative solutions.
Utilize your AWS Certified AI Practitioner certification to guide the integration of AWS Contact Center Intelligence (CCI) services, including virtual agents, sentiment analysis, and conversational AI.
Amazon Bedrock Integration
Leverage Amazon Bedrock, a fully managed service that provides access to advanced large language models (LLMs), to build and scale generative AI applications for the contact center.
Fine-tune and deploy Bedrock’s LLMs on domain-specific data to enhance conversational capabilities and improve customer interactions.
Collaborate with the team to seamlessly integrate Bedrock’s generative AI capabilities into our AWS Contact Center solutions.
Leverage your experience with Amazon SageMaker to develop, train, and deploy custom ML models to address specific contact center needs.
Optimize model performance and ensure scalability to meet the demands of our growing contact center operations.
AI-Powered Innovation
Continuously research and evaluate emerging AI and ML technologies to identify opportunities for improving contact center efficiency, customer satisfaction, and agent productivity.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement AI-driven solutions that enhance the overall customer experience.
Provide technical guidance and support to contact center agents and managers, ensuring the effective utilization of AI-powered tools and technologies.
Qualifications:
AWS Certified AI Practitioner certification
Extensive experience in designing and implementing AI-powered solutions for contact centers
Proficient in leveraging Amazon Bedrock and Amazon SageMaker for building and deploying generative AI and ML models
Strong understanding of natural language processing, conversational AI, and contact center operations
Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
