Seeking an experienced Associate Principal to lead application architecture and rearchitecting initiatives using AWS Well Architected Tools and cloud architecture best practices
Job Description 

Design and develop scalable secure and high-performance application architectures aligned with business goals
Lead application  rearchitecting   efforts to improve system efficiency maintainability and cloud readiness
Utilize AWS Well Architected Tools to assess and enhance cloud infrastructure and application designs
Collaborate with cross functional teams to define architecture frameworks and standards within the AWS ecosystem
Drive innovation by integrating AWS cloud architecture best practices into existing and new solutions
Ensure architectural compliance with security reliability and operational excellence principles
Mentor and guide technical teams on application architecture and AWS cloud solutions
Stay updated with emerging AWS technologies and industry trends to continuously improve architecture strategies
Roles and Responsibilities 

Lead the end-to-end application architecture and rearchitecting projects ensuring alignment with organizational objectives
Develop and maintain architecture documentation including diagrams standards and guidelines
Evaluate existing application landscapes and identify opportunities for modernization on AWS
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
Conduct architecture reviews and provide expert recommendations to optimize application performance and scalability
Oversee implementation of AWS Well Architected Framework pillars across applications
Provide technical leadership and support during solution development and deployment phases
Facilitate knowledge sharing and best practice adoption across teams within the AWS SOLUTION ARCHITECTURE domain
