Job Position: Staffing Specialist (US Recruitment) / us it recruiter 
Location: Noida Sector 2
Job Type: Full-Time, Onsite

What We’re Looking For:

Education: A Bachelor’s Degree (Technical Degree/B. Tech Degree preferred).

Experience:

·         1-5 years of experience in US recruitment. Exposure to Automotive/Engineering recruitment is a plus.

·         Solid understanding of US tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099) and US work authorizations.

·         Experience on ATS (Job Diva Preferred)

Communication Skills: Strong spoken and written communication skills are a must!

Key Responsibilities:

·         Responsible for handling IT, non-IT, and Engineering requirements for USA-based clients.

·         Manage end-to-end recruitment for clients in various industries.

·         Sourcing resumes from job boards like Dice, CareerBuilder, and Monster and networking sites.

·         Source, Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates for open positions.

Shift Time – (Monday to Friday) 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM (Night Shift)

5-day work week.
