This job will have the following responsibilities:

Expert in Appian technology Provide guidance and mentoring to the team on the latest development techniques.
Provide guidance on architectural guardrails Work on backlog items as a team member.
Dynamically pair with others on difficult stories.
Help the team to identify smaller, vertical story slices.
Support Product Owners with technical vision Support team by working on urgent issues.
Explain Technical issues to the Product Owner and Business Partners.
Explain Business objectives to the developers.
·        Qualifications: Appian Appian Certification.
