Qualifications
Strong experience working as an Appian Architect, with a focus on the technical and functional aspects of Appian software
Proficient in stakeholder engagement, with the ability to understand and translate business requirements into Appian solutions
Demonstrated ability to effectively lead and manage a team of Appian Developers
In-depth knowledge of Appian development best practices and design patterns
Solid understanding of BPM technologies and principles
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze and resolve complex technical issues
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Proven track record of delivering successful Appian projects on time and within budget
Good documentation practices, ensuring accurate and comprehensive technical documentation
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to changing project requirements
Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading Appian development projects, engaging stakeholders, ensuring the implementation of best development practices, maintaining good documentation practices, and providing leadership to a team of Appian Developers
This role requires a strong understanding of both the technical and functional aspects of the Appian platform, as well as the ability to effectively communicate with various stakeholders to ensure that their needs are met through innovative Appian solutions
