Key Responsibilities
* Define and maintain product vision, roadmap, and priorities aligned with business goals.
* Manage and prioritize the product backlog using Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
* Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure clear communication and alignment.
* Drive product discovery and translate customer needs into actionable requirements.
* Oversee API integrations, payment gateway implementations, and ensure compatibility with PSS/CRM systems.
* Ensure compliance with PCI DSS and regional regulations.
* Analyze customer journeys and leverage data-driven insights to improve UX.
* Work closely with design and development teams to deliver intuitive and high-quality user interfaces.
 
Required Skills
* Domain Knowledge: Loyalty programs, mixed payment (cash + miles), airline/travel systems.
* Technical: API integrations, payment gateways, PSS/CRM awareness.
* Product Management: Backlog prioritization, Agile (Scrum/Kanban), stakeholder communication.
* Analytics & UX: Customer journey mapping, data-driven decision-making, intuitive UI design.
