AEM Lead Developer

Location: Kansas City, MO – Local Preferred (Hybrid)

Duration: Long Term

Experience: 12 – 15 Years of Experience – MUST

Key Technical Skills:

•             Proficiency in Java, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript

•             Extensive experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) suite, including Sites, Assets, Mobile, and Communities

•             Familiarity with AEM development tools like Adobe Developer Console, CRXDE, and Apache Maven

•             Experience with Apache Sling, OSGi, REST, JavaScript frameworks (e.g., Angular, React), jQuery, AJAX, JSON

•             Knowledge of AEM Core Components and AEM Touch UI development

•             Understanding of AEM administration, user permissions, configurations, and system maintenance

•             Proficiency in software development methodologies, version control systems, and CI/CD processes

Key Responsibilities:

•             Develop and customize components, templates, workflows, and functionalities within the AEM platform

•             Build AEM authoring components and templates, ensuring high-quality front-end code in line with site standards

•             Design and implement solutions on top of Adobe Sites, Assets, Mobile, and Communities modules

•             Create and integrate content-driven applications on the AEM core platform

•             Follow best practices for managing performance and scalability of content management and delivery solutions

•             Develop OSGI bundles for Java code and custom servlets in AEM

•             Diagnose and solve technical problems related to content management implementations.
