Position: Sr.  Business Analyst (Ecommerce)

Location:  Hybrid (Parsippany, NJ )

Duration: 12+ Months

Visa: USC,GC,TN,H4

Experience: 8+ years

Key Responsibilities:

Work closely with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and Development teams to gather comprehensive requirements that align with business objectives and user needs.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects and initiatives that drive our company’s growth and innovation.
Translate gathered requirements into epics, features, and user story acceptance criteria to guide development efforts.
Analyze complex business processes, identifying areas for improvement and proposing innovative solutions to enhance efficiency and user experience.
Facilitate effective communication between business stakeholders and technical teams, fostering a shared understanding of project goals.
Collaborate with QA teams to define testing strategies and ensure the delivered solutions meet quality standards.
Identify risks, issues, and dependencies, working with stakeholders to develop strategies for successful project outcomes.
Leverage Agile methodologies, participating in ceremonies such as sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives to ensure efficient project execution.
Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in Business Analysis, incorporating relevant insights into team processes.
