Job Title: Accessibility Testing Developer
Location: Chicago, IL
Mode of Working- Hybrid (2 Days Onsite)

Contract Role

Key Responsibilities:

Accessibility Audits: Conduct thorough evaluations of websites and applications to identify and document accessibility issues, ensuring compliance with standards such as WCAG 2.1, ADA, and Section 508.
UI Component Development: Design and implement accessible user interface components using frameworks like Angular and React, ensuring compatibility with assistive technologies.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, and project managers, to integrate accessibility best practices throughout the development lifecycle.
Project Management: Utilize Jira to manage tasks, track progress, and document accessibility requirements and issues.
Training and Support: Provide guidance and training to team members on accessibility standards and best practices, fostering an inclusive development environment.
Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on the latest accessibility trends, tools, and technologies to continuously enhance the accessibility of our digital products.
