Title:  Project Manager with Scrum Master

Location: Bolingbrook Illinois IL (On site 100% of the time)

Buy Rate: 58/hr MAX on C2C

Must Have Experience:

1. Project Manager with Scrum master experience
2. Scrum master certification
3. Experience with Agile
4. Experience with GCP & TIBCO & BODS
5. Experience managing direct reports 2 onshore & 8 offshore resources

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitation: Organizes and leads all Scrum events, such as Daily Scrums, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Impediment Removal: Identifies and removes obstacles that hinder the team's progress and productivity.
• Coaching and Mentoring: Coaches team members and the Product Owner on Scrum principles, values, and best practices, promoting continuous improvement.
• Shielding the Team: Protects the development team from external distractions and interruptions to maintain focus and efficiency.
• Promoting Agility: Drives the adoption of Agile methodologies and helps the organization understand and embrace Scrum.
• Collaboration: Fosters strong teamwork and facilitates communication between the development team, Product Owner, and other stakeholders.
• Performance Monitoring: Monitors team progress and performance, helping to identify areas for improvement and ensuring alignment with project goals.
