Job: Track Manager – Monitoring Tools, Event

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Monitoring Tools & Event Monitoring Lead to oversee integrated command center operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing enterprise monitoring tools, ensuring proactive incident detection and resolution, and driving continuous improvement in monitoring processes. This role requires strong leadership skills to guide teams and maintain high service quality in a 24/7 production environment.
Required Skills
- Strong experience in Monitoring / Command Center / NOC Operations.
- Hands-on experience with IBM Netcool, Splunk, SolarWinds or similar monitoring tools.
- Experience with batch scheduling tools such as Control-M or Autosys.
- Proficiency in ITIL framework (Incident, Problem, Change Management).
- Experience with ServiceNow or BMC Remedy for ticketing and incident tracking.
- Strong knowledge of event correlation, incident triage, and RCA.
- Experience in dashboard creation using Grafana, Kibana, or similar tools.
- Basic to advanced scripting skills (Python, Shell, or PowerShell).
- Excellent communication and team leadership skills.
