Job Description: The Test Specialist will be responsible for overseeing and executing performance testing using tools like JMeter and LoadRunner. The primary objective is to ensure the quality and performance of software applications meet specified requirements and standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, design, and execute performance tests using jmeter and loadrunner.
- Analyze test results and identify performance bottlenecks.
- Work closely with development and operations teams to troubleshoot performance issues.
- Develop performance testing strategies and test scripts.
- Monitor system performance under load to assess the application's behavior.
- Provide recommendations for performance optimization based on test results.
Skill Requirements
- Proficiency in performance testing methodologies and tools such as jmeter and loadrunner.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle and testing processes.
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
Certifications:
