Role: Jira Admin
Duration: 6 Month
Location: This is an onsite role, the candidate must be willing to relocate to the Owings Mills, MD area.
Experience
General
•Familiar with Agile and Kanban development frameworks and project management
•Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose complex issues
•Able to demonstrate experience supporting technical users and conduct requirements analysis
•Can work independently with minimal guidance & oversight
•Experience with IT Service Management and familiarity Incident & Problem management
Required Technical Expertise
•3 years’ experience managing and configuring Atlassian products (Jira Software, Jira Service Manager, Jira Automation) on-premises and cloud based
•Experience with Atlassian Market place add-ons such as Zephyr Automated Test Suite and ScriptRunner
•Demonstrated proficiency with scripting and automation (bash, python, other programming languages)
Preferred Technical Experience
•Experience automating manual tasks
•Experience with Agile processes and other tools in the space (Rally, Trello)
•Experience with identity management, SSO, and license management
•Experience supporting custom and third-party software integrations into a SaaS platform via API
•Experience with large platform migration efforts
