Title: – Java Production Support Engineer
Location: -St Louis, MO (Onsite)
Duration: -12+ Months Contract
Job Description:
• Excellent knowledge in Unix Shell Scripting (L3) Java Support and Oracle SQL (L3)
• Must have good understanding on ITIL processes, especially Incident, Problem and Change Management
• Must have Production Support work experience
• Prior exposure to deploying builds/releases/Change Implementations
• You should be able to work as an independent team member, capable of applying judgment to plan and execute your tasks.
• You should be able to respond to technical queries / requests from team members and customers.
• Knowledge of Java and any DevOps and monitoring tools would be an added advantage
• Weekend/Oncall support is expected.
