Job Title: Java Lead

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Java Lead to design, develop, and lead high-performing backend systems. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and microservices architecture, along with proven leadership skills to guide development teams and deliver scalable enterprise solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of scalable, high-performance Java applications
- Architect and implement microservices-based solutions
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, QA, and DevOps
- Ensure code quality, performance optimization, and best practices
- Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and technical decision-making
- Drive CI/CD implementation and deployment strategies
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
- Ensure adherence to security, compliance, and enterprise standards
Required Skills
- Strong experience in Java, J2EE, and Spring Boot
- Expertise in microservices architecture
- Experience with RESTful APIs and web services
- Hands-on experience with SQL/NoSQL databases (e.g., Oracle, MySQL, MongoDB)
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
- Strong understanding of design patterns and system design
- Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, etc.)
