Job Description
Position Overview: Sephora is looking for an experienced Senior Full Stack Engineer to maintain and enhance their multi-repository e-commerce platform and internal tools. The ideal candidate is highly versatile, capable of working across different stacks, and experienced in building scalable applications within a modern microservices environment.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, enhance, and maintain frontend and backend systems across multiple repositories.
Build responsive user interfaces using React and TypeScript primarily.
Design, implement, and maintain RESTful APIs in Java, Python, and Node.js.
Create and document APIs using Swagger/OpenAPI.
Work with containerized applications using Docker and manage deployments on Kubernetes (EKS).
Configure and maintain CI/CD pipelines (Drone CI).
Monitor application performance and debug issues using logging and metrics tools.
Integrate and maintain payment processing systems (e.g., Stripe).
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Design, and DevOps.
Manage codebases effectively using Git.
Solid understanding of microservices architecture and system integrations.
Preferred Skills and Experience
Familiarity with Ruby on Rails is a plus.
Hands-on experience with AWS services (S3, EKS, Cost Explorer, WAF, Bedrock).
Knowledge of Salesforce APIs (SFDC) integration is preferred.
