Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled Java Developer with hands-on experience in Amazon Web Services (AWS) to design, develop, and deploy scalable applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Java, cloud-native architectures, and modern development practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, test, and maintain Java-based applications and services.
- Design and implement cloud solutions leveraging AWS services.
- Build and deploy applications using CI/CD pipelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Optimize applications for performance, security, scalability, and cost.
- Monitor and troubleshoot application issues in cloud environments.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Strong proficiency in Java (Java 8+).
- Hands-on experience with AWS services (EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, API Gateway, CloudWatch, etc.).
- Experience with Spring/Spring Boot frameworks.
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs, microservices architecture.
- Knowledge of CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, AWS CodePipeline, etc.).
- Understanding of Docker, containerization, and basic Kubernetes concepts.
- Good understanding of SQL/NoSQL databases.
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
Preferred / Nice-to-Have
- Experience with Terraform or CloudFormation.
- Exposure to serverless architecture.
- Knowledge of message queues (SQS, Kafka, etc.).
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
