Position: Network Engineer III
Location: Need Local to Orlando, FL
Location: Need Local to Orlando, FL
Work Hours: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–11:30 AM and 12:30 PM–4:30 PM (local time); Occasional Weekends/Holidays
Responsibilities
Design, configure, and maintain LAN/WLAN environments
Support and maintain Industrial Control Network (ICN)
Manage IP space and documentation for ICN devices
Troubleshoot network hardware/software, IP telephony, and security systems
Support CCTV, AMAG, and JCI systems
Lead network migrations and inter-site connectivity
Ensure compliance with NIST SP 800-171 Rev. 3 and VA security policies
Provide monthly reports and documentation
Attend project meetings and coordinate with other contractors

Records Management
OIT Access Training
Wandering/Missing Patient Protocol

Minimum Qualifications
Must be eligible for a favorable Tier II background investigation (VA conducts this BGV)
Minimum 10 years of experience in IT infrastructure installation, configuration, and maintenance

Required Certifications:
Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) – valid for 3 years
Project Management Professional (PMP) – no expiration
ISC2 Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) – valid for 3 years
Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) – valid for 3 years
Project Management Professional (PMP) – no expiration
ISC2 Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) – valid for 3 years
