Job Description:
- Build and maintain Informatica IDQ mappings, scorecards, and dashboards to monitor and improve data quality.
- Collaborate with data architects, business analysts, and stakeholders to define data quality rules, standards, and governance frameworks.
- Perform data profiling, cleansing, standardization, and validation to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
- Implement reusable transformations, mapplets, and workflows to optimize performance and maintainability.
- Troubleshoot and resolve data integration and quality issues in a timely manner.
- Provide support for ETL job scheduling, monitoring, and performance tuning.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation, design specifications, and process flows.
- Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and deployment processes.
- Ensure compliance with data governance, security, and regulatory requirements.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 8 years of experience as an Informatica Developer with focus on ETL and Data Quality.
- Strong expertise in Informatica PowerCenter and Informatica Data Quality (IDQ).
- Hands-on experience with data profiling, cleansing, and standardization techniques.
- Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, relational databases (Oracle, SQL Server, DB2, etc.).
- Strong understanding of data warehousing, ETL concepts, and data governance practices.
- Experience in performance tuning, debugging, and optimizing ETL processes.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
