Location:  Auburn Hills, MI 48326 (100% On-site preferred – 100% onsite strongly preferred but ok to accept remote candidates.)
Pay Range: $50–$55/hour

Client is looking for Infor HCM (HR and Payroll) Functional Consultants to support Infor HCM application
Key words for Job-board (Naukri/Monster/Linked-in) Search:
Infor, Infor HCM, S3, Lawson, HR, Payroll
Must Have Technical/Functional Skills:
Worked on the various modules of Infor HCM (Lawson) ERP like core HR, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Learning Management, Compensation Management, Work Force management, Time and Attendance, Payroll etc
Strong understanding of application configurations, customization, integrations with external applications (Inbound, Outbound)
Knowledge of M3 Databases, SQL queries, Data Structures
Understanding of On-premise (Lawson) as well as cloud version of HCM application
Knowledge of data migration for On-premise and cloud version of Infor HCM applications
At least 1-2 Implementation/upgrade in Infor HCM (Lawson HR and Payroll)
Good-to-have:
Understanding of cloud application
Excellent Oral and Written communication skills
Roles & Responsibilities:
Managing Incident and Service Request raised by Business and IT Team
Response and resolution as per SLA
Analyzing the tickets, providing resolution to users
Discussion with users for explaining the solution and configuration changes
Closing the incident with observations and findings
Performing Root Cause Analysis for P1 and P2 incidents
Problem Management to prevent recurring issues and improve service quality
Adherence to the agreed upon Service Level Agreement (SLA)
Knowledge of ITIL Service Management
Analyzing the requirements and performing Gap analysis.
Knowledge of SDLC Processes, Agile & Project Implementation Life cycles
Skills: Infor LN Functional
Experience Required: 8-10
