Role: Infor ERP Business Analyst

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• BA will also analyze and identify opportunities to improve business systems by bridging the needs of the business from both a technical and functional perspective

• Hands-on Infor Syteline related development and analysis experience: Syteline Forms, Tables, Module customization/enhancement

• Development of new modules/functionality within Syteline -Application support, end-user support, and training experience -Module expertise surrounding Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Financials, APS, QA, CPQ, Shop-Trac is must.

• Act as the primary in-house focal point for all business software application questions and issues

• Administer the ERP application ensuring all users have properly configured accounts with the correct level of access to perform their job effectively.

• Serve as a mentor to less experienced Application users.

• Conduct application training to select end users to increase application knowledge levels.

• Provides reliable solutions to a variety of problems using sound problem-solving techniques including the ability to find the root cause and corrective action for given problems.

• This professional will also troubleshoot and research business and application problems, open service requests and work with support personnel to resolve issues.

• Apply both technical and functional knowledge to work with end-users to customize the ERP system for business process development and improvement.

• Responsibilities sometimes require working evenings and weekends, sometimes with little advanced notice.

• Develops ERP system data backup and disaster recovery
