Role – Salesforce Lead Location – Austin, TX, Day 1 onsite Job Type – Contract Job Description Skills: Salesforce Support Lead Salesforce Support Lead, you will be responsible for supporting, designing and developing technical solutions using Salesforce. In your new role you will be supporting the current Salesforce applications & reviewing/ validating the technical solutions and changes proposed. You will also be planning, executing, and controlling a technical delivery work package What You?ll Do: - Supporting the current set of applications within the given SLAs? Working with business to handle minor enhancements
- Responsible for customizing, developing, and supporting solutions on the force.com platform, drive Salesforce minor enhancements and improvements
- Build integrations between salesforce and other internal systems to automate business processes
- Developing Apex (classes and triggers) and Java Script, Lightning Components, Lightning Web Components and Visualforce to extend Salesforce
- Utilizing best practices to perform operational support, enhancements, bug fixes as needed to the Salesforce.com platform
- Helping drive designs towards scalable platforms, asynchronous, functional, and reactive systems
- Thinking on feet and solving complex business and engineering problems
- Mentoring and guiding other engineers within the team
- Well-developed interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills including the ability to negotiate, advise, influence others, and work collaboratively
- Verifying solutions by writing and executing automated test classes.
- Documenting and analyzing processes, procedures, and ensure code is properly documented.
- Creating and maintaining a code repository to ensure a seamless deployment process for all team members.
- Staying current on the latest trends and Salesforce releases.
Skills and Qualifications: - 2-3 years of experience as Salesforce Support Lead
- 3-5 years of experience as a Salesforce developer
- Extensive experience in designing and developing large scale technology solutions with substantial insights into Salesforce
- Programming languages like Java/Python
- Strong web development skills including CSS, JavaScript, HTML, XML.
- Able to identify platform risks, issues and dependencies and communicate strategic risk to business executives and drive the mitigation across the business
- Salesforce Platform Developer I, Platform Developer II, Platform App Builder certifications are a plus.
- Expert-level coding skills (APEX, LWC/Aura)
- Experience implementing Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Communities
- Design experience in Salesforce Lightning UI
- Experience with REST/SOAP API integration
- Experience with system migrations
- Extensive knowledge in modeling and application design and architecture
- Expert knowledge in IT/Software quality assurance, system testing tools and system/application testing and implementation
- Strong time management skills and communication/leadership skills
- Adept with agile software development lifecycle and DevOps principles
