worked on Voice domain with Cisco skills – CUCM, IMP, Unity, Gateway, Telepresence Removed networking word to avoid networking profile.
Qualifications Basic
Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required. Will also consider one year of relevant work experience in lieu of every year of education
At least 8 years of experience in support in Unified Communications domain.
Preferred
At least 8+ years of experience in Unified Communication domain with Skills – Cisco Technology with Enterprise Voice, Video, Extensive knowledge and experience on complete design and deployment of CUCM, IM&P, Unity, Gateway, Expressway & Telepresence network, CMS expertise in troubleshooting end-to-end business critical video and audio conferences etc. Good knowledge on various troubleshooting and monitoring tools in the Unified communication domain like IR Prognosis, RTMT, Prime Collaboration, TMS
At least 3 years of experience in Project life cycle activities on development and maintenance projects.
Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment
Good Analytical and communication skills
Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment
