Job Title: ServiceNow Developer

Location: Austin, TX (Hybrid – 2 days onsite)

Duration: 12-24 months

Candidates must be US Citizens or US Permanent Residents

Qualifications/Requirements:

At least 6 years of experience in development and administration of ServiceNow (ITSM, ITBM, CMDB, Service Catalog)
Experience in developing and managing integrations with ServiceNow
Good background with JavaScript, Glide, HTML, XML
Familiar with Service Oriented architecture and web services integration (SOAP, WSDL, REST)
Development and Administration in ServiceNow Security Operations and Field Service Management
Ability to gather requirements and organize/interpret relevant data & information
Previous experience in a government agency environment is highly desirable

General Duties:

Develop core configuration, administration, maintenance, support, and technical expertise of the organization’s ServiceNow implementation efforts
Develop scripts, workflows, on the ServiceNow platform to automate tasks and integrations
Provide software configuration and customization (workflow administration, report setup, data imports, integration, custom scripting, and third-party software integrations)
Develop and manage integrations between ServiceNow and third-party systems (REST, orchestration, and other relevant methodologies)
Assist and improve Service Mapping with integrations
Identify, optimize and automate manual IT business processes
Build out scoped applications, customizations, and configurations based on customer requirements
Drive continual service improvement through establishment of best practices
Monitor health, usage, and overall security compliance of the application
Provide system administration and support for maintenance and break/fix
Perform system and integration testing and implement changes across SDLC lifecycle
Document technical solutions and provide training in knowledge gaps
Work collaboratively with the internal ServiceNow team
