Summary:
This is a Platform Services engagement. The objective is develop & support global marketing sites and make them available with respect to Adobe AEM authoring and publishing.
Required Product Knowledge:
AEM, Campaign, Analytics, Brand Portal, Marketo
Technical/Behavioral Competencies:
• 4+ years of working experience with strong knowledge of Adobe Experience Manager with Java/J2EE Technologies.
• working with Event Handling, OSGI bundles, Sling Listeners, Sling Servlets, Sling Schedulers and Sling
• Working with Experience Fragments and Content Fragments customization.
• Experience in developing Workflow, Templates, Custom Components, creating and launching Workflows and customizing out of box Widgets.
• Developing experience in custom AEM components on top of JCR and Apache Sling, CRX, and CQ5.
• Understanding caching, clustering and replication mechanism.
• Developing experience in custom sling bundles as part of new functionalities provided to AEM sites.
• Very good understanding of AEM architectural concepts (such as design, deployment, scaling & security).
• Experience in creating Workflow packages and using TagManager for reading tags from pages.
• Strong Web Content Management experience with Adobe AEM, implementing full cycle AEM projects.
• Strong experience with setting up AEM using Maven and standard Eclipse tools.
• Exposure to dispatcher configurations as part of AEM website architecture.
• Configuration and installation of AEM on the various development, production, QA and predevelopment servers
Good to Have:
• Knowledge about Adobe Campaign, Analytics, Brand Portal & Marketo.
• Good to have the working knowledge in insurance domain.
• Good to have the CI/CD pipeline understanding.
Role & responsibilities:
Requirement gathering from client with respect to Global Marketing Design.
Designing and developing the web interfaces, AEM Model, AEM workflow, Template etc
Peer review of deliverables.
Working with the operational teams during the UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and production roll-out
Fixing bugs during UAT and SIT (have knowledge of debugging for troubleshoot errors presented)
Demonstrates ability to learn and retain complex material
Responsible for Unit testing and its documentation before rolling out to test environment
Support in production roll out and fix bugs for quick resolution.
Running process, replicating error in development and test environment, Revision of logs, support in versioning to production.
Being a Senior developer, Training and guidance to the team whenever required. Work in a team.
