Job Summary
We are seeking a results-driven Project Manager with over 13 years of experience to lead enterprise-wide AI/ML and modernization initiatives. This hybrid role is in Clinton, NJ, and is a key part of the CoreMod program, which aims to leverage advanced AI/ML technologies to transform legacy systems. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing the full project lifecycle, from planning to delivery. You'll need a solid understanding of AI/ML, excellent communication skills to engage diverse stakeholders, and expertise in project management tools like Jira and Confluence.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full lifecycle of AI/ML and modernization projects.
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and risk registers.
- Coordinate with AI, MLE, Data, and Business teams to define scope and requirements.
- Facilitate agile ceremonies and support intake processes.
- Partner with technical leads to track the development and deployment of AI/ML models.
- Lead vendor onboarding and serve as a liaison between internal stakeholders and third-party vendors.
- Prepare executive updates, dashboards, and status reports, using storytelling to engage both technical and non-technical audiences.
Required Skills & Experience
- 13+ years of project management experience in enterprise environments.
- Proven experience managing AI/ML or data science projects.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools like Jira, Confluence, and MS Project.
- Experience within NYL is a plus.
