RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. The primary responsibility will be assisting with production support and performance enhancements with Oracle Enterprise Performance Management Cloud.
2. The Technical Specialists will be responsible for maintaining and updating Oracle Data Integrator metadata nightly and monthly loads from existing on premise applications to the EPM Cloud, specifically actuals, position, payroll, and other data as required.
3. The Technical Specialist will help maintain the project milestones and schedule.
4. The Technical Specialist will be responsible for monitoring Oracle EPM Cloud patching and maintenance schedules from Oracle and their impact on nightly and monthly loads.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Must have experience supporting enhancements and maintenance of an Oracle EPM Cloud production instance for a Federal Government Client.
2. Knowledge and experience working directly with Oracle Enterprise Performance Management Cloud;
3. Knowledge and hands on experience with Oracle Data Integration maintaining and loading source data into EPM with Oracle Data Integration
4. Must have knowledge and experience working with Human Capital Planning loading employee and position-based data.
5. Knowledge and experience configuring dimensions with optimal dimension design and identifying alternate hierarchies;
6. Knowledge and experience configuring Essbase application components, business rules and calc scripts and calc script customizations
7. Knowledge and experience with EPM Security administration.
8. Knowledge and experience with Smartview, developing Data forms, and developing Web Forms;
9. Experience developing reports with Hyperion Financial Reporting Studio in the EPM Cloud
10. Experience with report (Budget) book development with Narrative Reporting in Oracle EPM Cloud.
11. Experience developing reports with Management Hyperion Technical Specialist Reporting, and experience converting Hyperion Financial Reporting Studio reports into Management Reporting Reports in EPM Cloud
12. Must have experience developing ODI processes to query Oracle EPM SQL tables for meta data transformation and user provisioning automation.
13. Must have experience developing Oracle EPM cloud applications that leverage standardized Federal Budget Object Classification codes (BOCs) as the basis for budget execution and formulation.
14. Must have experience implementing Oracle EPM Cloud applications with the Scrum Agile framework, and using Click up software to manage project work
15. Knowledge and experience using Groovy scripting
16. Experience with PeopleSoft Financials or a comparable ERP and Lawson HR or a comparable Payroll application, and specifically the integration with Enterprise Performance Management Cloud using the EPM integration agent and/or EPM automate-scheduled data and meta data imports/exports.
17. Note: Knowledge and experience with the following is a plus, but not required:
17.1. Experience with one successful end-to-end Oracle EPM Cloud conversion from on premise Hyperion application for a Federal Government Client.
17.2. Experience with additional EPM Cloud implementations or migrations.
17.3. Experience implementing and/or supporting Hyperion Technical Specialist UI Path, Appian RPA, or similar Robotic Process Automation software for a Federal Government client.
17.4. Experience with Quest Stat change management or a comparable change management application.
