Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Workday Consultant with expertise in the Payroll module to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting Workday Payroll solutions tailored to client needs. You will work closely with HR and finance teams to ensure accurate payroll processing, compliance with regulatory requirements, and seamless integration with other Workday modules.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure and implement Workday Payroll functionality based on business requirements.
- Provide post-implementation support and troubleshooting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize payroll workflows.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations.
- Conduct system testing and assist in user training and documentation.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Workday Consultant, with a focus on the Payroll module.
- Strong understanding of payroll processes, compliance, and reporting.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Workday certification in Payroll is preferred.
