Role: Workday Consultant – Compensation Module

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Workday Consultant with deep expertise in the Compensation module to join our HR technology team. In this role, you will be responsible for configuring, optimizing, and supporting Workday Compensation solutions that align with business goals. You will work closely with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to implement new features, troubleshoot issues, and ensure effective use of the platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support Workday Compensation module implementations and enhancements
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective Workday solutions
- Configure merit, bonus, and stock compensation plans within Workday
- Partner with HR and compensation teams to ensure data accuracy and process efficiency
- Provide end-user support, training, and documentation
- Stay current with Workday updates and best practices
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of Workday experience, with a focus on the Compensation module
- Proven experience with configuration and testing in Workday Compensation
- Strong understanding of HR processes and compensation practices
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
