Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced QA Tester with a background in PTC FlexPLM or similar Product Lifecycle Management systems. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, highly analytical, and capable of designing and executing comprehensive test plans to ensure high-quality product releases.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, maintain, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for FlexPLM modules and integrations.
- Perform functional, regression, and system integration testing for PLM workflows.
- Validate data integrity and workflow consistency across PLM and integrated systems (e.g., SAP, ERP, Adobe tools).
- Identify, document, and track defects using standard QA tools such as JIRA or Azure DevOps.
- Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and end-users to understand requirements and ensure complete testing coverage.
- Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and provide clear test evidence and reports.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 10+ years of QA/testing experience, preferably in retail, apparel, or manufacturing domains.
- Hands-on experience with PTC FlexPLM or similar PLM platforms (Centric, Enovia, Windchill, etc.) preferred.
- Strong understanding of QA methodologies, test planning, and defect management processes.
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems and business workflows.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
Nice to Have:
- Exposure to integration testing between PLM and ERP systems (SAP preferred).
- Familiarity with automation tools or SQL for backend validation.
